Compromising 101: Course Analysis
Compromising 101- The course I would create would be designed after the age old question of "Why can't we all just get along?". Nearly everybody at least in the United States have heard this common saying, and nearly all who have heard it have implemented it now and then. The question shows us, as humans, our biggest downfall. Too many people can not put their differences aside for the greater good of humanity. They cannot make a compromise to create a safer world for the rest of us.

The course would not be one of "academic" learning, but of life knowledge. I would create the class around discussions and scenarios. I know from my personal experiences that I do not learn from a mistake until I can either see myself committing it or

The first question you must ask is what the aims and objectives of the course are. What is the expected level of achievement? You must then work out what level your students are currently working at, are there any additional needs identified? In my organisation each student must undergo initial and diagnostic assessment. This helps us to work out how much support will be needed. There are a range of additional support mechanisms in place that need to be organised as soon as possible in order for the students to have the highest chance of success.…

CPD could involve not only courses, but doing some work-shadowing, where member of staff learns by watching another more experienced member of staff or visit another setting, by reading information in a book or on a website, or talking to collegues about how they handled a different situation. The key thing is to reflect on our own learning and think about how it will impact on our job or role in the future.…

1 Wife of Bath sees marriage as a means for her to have sex and she has a strong sexual appetite. She feels that God gave women sexual desires and that it can't be wrong to give in to those desires because they are God-given. Furthermore, she says that she knows men also have strong sexual desires so she uses sex, or the lack of it, to control her husbands The Wife of Bath begins the Prologue to her tale by establishing herself as an authority on marriage, due to her extensive personal experience with the institution. Since her first marriage at the tender age of twelve, she has had five husbands. She says that many people have criticized her for her numerous marriages, most of them on the basis that Christ went only once to a wedding, at Cana in Galilee. The Wife of Bath has her own views of Scripture and God’s plan. She says that men can only guess and interpret what Jesus meant when he told a Samaritan woman that her fifth husband was not her husband. With or without this bit of Scripture, no man has ever been able to give her an exact reply when she asks to know how many husbands a woman may have in her lifetime. God bade us to wax fruitful and multiply, she says, and that is the text that she wholeheartedly endorses. After all, great Old Testament figures, like Abraham, Jacob, and Solomon, enjoyed multiple wives at once. She uses this power as an “instrument” to control her husbands.…

Learning is taking in knowledge, making sense of the knowledge, and using it when necessary. Since taking this class, my views of learning have slightly changed. I now understand that we all have different learning patterns and that everyone’s learning patterns are very unique. One person may learn best when following directions exactly, another person may learn their best by just doing it. Before this class, I felt that it was only one way to do things, and that was by reading directions and following them. I now know that the way everyone learns is as different as the way that we look.…

We focus on the common core classes more than classes that would prepare us for the future. Classes that should be required would be as followed: personal finance, life skills, workshop, and vocational. We feel that if we make students take classes like these then they might not have such a deer in the headlight look when they get into the real world.…
