I. Introduction
Thesis Statement
Effective organizational communication is a powerful tool in that is used in every successful company. Communication is a Managers best tool for planning, promoting, organizing, inspiring and altering individual beliefs, perceptions and altitudes. Productive organizational connections are a result of successful utilization of the communication concepts such as active listening, organizational culture, conflict resolution, and leadership strategies. These also include Formal and informal communication. II. Active Listening.
a. Active listening means being fully engaged in paying attention to your relational partner's communication with you.
b. Active listening involves paying close attention to your partner's verbal and nonverbal behaviors as well as taking into consideration the full extent of what they are trying to communicate to you. III. Organizational Culture
a. Organizational culture defines the identity of the organization.
b. Organizational culture exemplifies what the organization represents, how their members act and the goals of the organization. III. Conflict Resolution
a. Conflict is often a part of interpersonal relations and organizational life...
