Introduction
Apple Inc. is a leader in the technology world who is known for innovative products and a very loyal customer base. Started by its visionary leader Steve Jobs and his friend Steve Wozniak, Apple has grown through many phases and managed to still remain a world class brand. Steve Jobs who many see as a revolutionary was at some point fired from his own company but he was brought back to rejuvenate the company to success.
Apple is one of the few companies that have a very dedicated and loyal following and these can be seen when people queue for long hours just to be the first person to own a new IPhone.

He is more in tuned about the emotional state of employees and has direct interaction with shareholders which Jobs never did. Apple for the first time in 17 years paid out dividends to its investors and this is one way Tim Cook is encouraging collaboration at Apple. Tim Cook who although had been Apple's COO for a long time had to prove himself to shareholders and customers hence he is very meticulous in managing the apple business. Growing up in Alabama in the 1960s, Tim Cook experienced the civil rights struggle and this has greatly molded his personal beliefs of treating people with dignity.
