Case Study Of Chick-Fil-A
In a market where beef is the number one item of choice for people, it was not difficult for the business to grow, thanks to owner and creator of Chick-Fil-A. The creation of the chicken biskuet by the owner made it easy for the company to grow. Truett’s creation was so popular that he decided to open a restaurant advertising chicken as the main part of the menu. Other restaurants do not have a lot of chicken sandwich or items that feature chicken as their main ingredient therefore Chick-Fil-A does not see beef selling as their competition. The only competion between beef and chicken is the cost because chicken has a higher value because chicken life time is shorter than beef, having a shorter life means that there is a need for fresh chicken
