The most important goal for my future is to obtain a satisfying career. Growing up I saw how unhappy my mother was working at a job that she hated just to make enough to provide for our family. I further understood how important a satisfying career was to me when I started working the graveyard shift as a dockworker during community college. I strongly disliked almost everything about the job including the exposure to extreme temperatures, the job’s filthy nature, the long and irregular hours, and most of all because it was unfulfilling. I was miserable with my occupation but I was dependent on it because it was lucrative and provided me with a way to support myself through college. I worked fulltime at this job for two years while also being a fulltime student until I transferred to SIU. The dread that I felt toward my job made me work harder academically because I knew that someday my hard work would amount to a career that I thoroughly…
I decide to set my priorities step by step for life is to first better myself around positive and negative environment, stay in school, graduated with a good grade, brainstorm…
1) My career aspirations consist of becoming a high school counselor, because I like to help teenagers. I think juveniles are the one’s that need support the most. My Educational plan to meet these goals are going to Lane Community College for two years and then transferring to a State College like University of Oregon, and get my bachelors degree for psychology. After that I will begin to put in process my career.…
To begin, I want to be financially stable. By having my degree, I want to be able to get a better job through a promotion thus making more money. I want to be able to help my child pay for college so he doesn't have to struggle as hard as I did to put myself through school. Plus, my lifelong dream is to have a house on the ocean. I want to be able to travel as I please with my family and above all, feel good about buying things I want because I earned the money I spend.…
When it comes to my education my short-term goal is to finish out this school year and maintain my current GPA. I find it easier to motivate myself each day if I have set in stone grade goals in mind. My long-term education goal is to finish my Associate of Applied Business degree in spring 2017 and my Associate of Arts degree in spring of 2018. I have enough classes and credit hours to finish a second associate degree in two part-time semesters. My short term career goal is to continue where I am until I graduate and learn as much as I can from those around me. I find that the people around me at my current jobs are very intelligent and it would be wasteful of me to not learn what I can from them before I move on. My long-term career goal…
I have always been the type of person who has a tremendous amount of desire to achieve. I want to be somebody. I want to make a difference in my community. As a result I set four major goals for myself during my junior year in high school. The first of these goals is completing my high school education with at least a 3.0 grade point average or above. The second goal is to obtain a college education. The third goal is to start a lasting career for myself as a pediatric orthopedic surgeon. The last goal is to raise a family in the best possible atmosphere.…
I strongly believe that if one is to be successful in society, setting goals and prioritizing them is very crucial. Having your goals set and prioritizing them does not only give you a clear focus on things you have to do, but it helps you to organize your plans so that you can set time limit and boundaries in achieving those goals. There are so many goals that I want to achieve my life. Since goals can only be achieved if they are realistic, timing and attainable, I have categorized my goals into long and short term goals.…
My parents hard work and accomplishments have taught me that I can do whatever I set my mind to do. At this time I am not sure what I want my career to be but I know I want to be successful. Everyone wants to be successful but not everyone is willing to work hard to be successful. My parents have taught me that the key to become successful is to work hard. In the end my goal is to work hard, become successful, and to repay my parents somehow for their hard work.…
If I am not helping other people reach their dreams, I’m not reaching mine either. I am so strongly devoted to making a difference in as many lives as possible. Furthering my education will put me on my path towards success. My view on success is much more than my personal accomplishments, it’s how much I can help others. I want my life to be the reason someone else’s life is made better. Helping others is what defines…

Pursuing a master’s degree is a responsibility I owe to myself as well as a commitment I have to others. I call it a responsibility because I have an enthusiastic outlook on life, which makes me relentlessly find and pursue the things I want to achieve. I call it a commitment because I want to be an illustration to others of what hard work and dedication can achieve.…
My nursing career started as a dream, a dream I needed to fulfill as my destiny. A childhood dream never diminishes no matter the time that may pass. My story isn’t one of great inspiration but means a great deal to me. I received an Associate degree in nursing May, 2004. That was a goal that I worked for while caring for a family with three small children. It wasn’t easy but something worth having is worth working for. The dream continues. Continuing my education is the next step in obtaining that lifelong passion.…

The first I have to do is to finish this school. After it there I would like to study The University of Economics or Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Czech Technical University. Rather I would like to study the University of Economics, because after finishing it I would have two qualifications, computer specialist and engineer of economy. The second school is very good too, because I would have a complex overview in computers. During the studies I would like to join some exchange program for students and study few months abroad. It would be absolutely perfect, because of get some experience with foreign circumstances. Next aim I would like to achieve is to learn fluently French and German. It’s necessary, because we are surrounded by German speaking countries and the official language in the European Union is the French.…
To most people work and career play a very important role in their life. They choose appropriate kind of job according their present situation (family, health etc.) There are various kinds of job: a nine-to-five job with regular working hours, a system of flexi-time (which implies working when you want, within certain limits and core hours, it’s a good choice for adults with children), shift work (when a person may be on the day shift one week and the night shift the next week, it’s difficult because of changing a new routine for sleeping and eating), irregular and antisocial work (work hours are unlimited, often without weekends, it concerns policemen, firemen, doctors), freelance work (this is work for difficult companies at various times). As for self-employed work, I consider it to be the best one, have your own company. Teleworking is work from home using a computer and the Internet. Not all jobs are suitable for teleworking, only jobs such as receptionists, counters, makers of goods that require complex machinery to produce.…
