1. Once key solutions are amended for optimal implementation these plans must be detailed enough for complete implementation in detail. Without details within the optimised project plan flaws and contingencies will not be able to be analysed or worked on by the corresponding departments working on them. Unless these plans are detailed enough for each project department to work with then the project is more likely to fail.

3. Corrective Action planning
4. Evaluation
5. Project Completion Checklist
6. Post Implementation Review
3. Project Team
• Project Manager – To overlook the whole project, delegate and ensure each team is meeting their required milestones
• Team Manager – Each team requires a leader to ensure each project division is meeting their milestones time wise and quality wise.
• Subject matter expert – Every project requires a SME to ensure the correct use and implementation of new processes or equipment.
• IT department – Usually IT will have to work with each team as their needs change from regular usage of work supplies especially in a work environment such as Direct Group.

• Risk Management: While a new process or equipment may seem desirable this is not always the case due to the risks involved whether it be financial or otherwise. All these risks must be kept to a minimum through risk analysis in the planning and brainstorming phases or the new project could have a detrimental effect on the business or individuals.
• Issue management: Issues while different to risk management is also equally important to a projects success. Issues whether routine or political need to be addressed quickly usually to ensure the overall project meets its time and budget constraints.
