Type of employment=Anesthesiologist
Description= Anesthesiologist are the ones who focus on the care of a patient before, after and during surgery. They are the ones who give the drugs to the patient to reduce the sensation of pain of the surgery. They also in charge of providing the right amount of drug to the patient. Anesthesiologist stay by the side of the patient throughout the surgery also they are responsible for monitoring the patient's heart rate, breathing and blood pressure. Anesthesiologist works with surgeons before the surgery to work out treatment and procedures.

Communications Skills Anesthesiologist must be very good at communicating with their patients and other healthcare staff that they might work with.
Attention to Detail= Anesthesiologist must have very good attention to detail because if you don’t give the patient the appropriate dose they might feel severe pain or even death and this could cost your job and the patients life
Technical Skills = Salary range= An anesthesiologist salary can range from the low being $45K median being $128K and high being $360k
Future trends of this employment= As the baby boomer population get older the need for more surgeries increases and thus the need for more anesthesiologist increases as well
With more and more elderly in the future the average salary for many jobs in the medical school because there will be less tax payer and more elderly and since many elderly will need surgery and an anesthesiologist pay comes from taxes the government will reduce the pay for anesthesiologists.
Employment/Educational requirements= Before attending medical school an anesthesiologist must have a bachelor’s science degree then they must pass a MCAT exam after passing that exam they must attend four years of medical school. After getting an M.D degree, they must spend four years completing a residency program and at the end they must apply for
