article out with her own experience while she was trying to find a new primary-care doctor. She tells how she felt when this doctor first came in and what she noticed
most about her when they first started interacting. Unfortunately she didn't feel like she should have. She says "what I remember most was the feeling that she had somewhere more important to be, like a board meeting, where the discussion would involve the business of medicine..."
