Abstract
This paper discusses my personal results of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator personality test and the Jung Typology Test. It also details how analyzing and understanding personality types is relevant to organizational behavior. The first section of this paper details and discusses the specific aspects of my personality based on the tests mentioned

    After completing the Jung Typology test, I found that my personality type is INTJ (Introvert, Intuitive, Thinking, Judging). Each letter has a meaning and a certain percentage that is assigned in regards to the relativeness of each aspect of the personality.     Each person is characterized by certain habits, characteristics and features they have inherited or were acquired due to events in their lives. These factors determine the personality profile of a certain person and each different personality will have a certain impact in an organization or more specifically in a group.
