Youth Development
Man is the only creature on which Almighty bestowed the gift to prosper and develop. Neither angels nor brutes were given this ability. If one throws a cursory glance on the chronicles of mankind , one observes that whoever contributed to the development of mankind was trained and prepared to do that deed in his youth. After all it is the foundations which determine the rigidity and strength of the edifice to be built on them. Likewise, if youth of a nation is not prepared and groomed well in time , the nation is destined to doom .It is the youth that holds the reigns of any country and steers it either to stellar heights or an abysmal failure. The countries where the youth are agile and pay their proper contributions towards their nation are more developed. The entire success of a nation depends on the youth. It is the duty of the government to provide the youth with ample opportunities to play their role in an effective manner. Parents also have a major responsibility to fulfil. They must induce patriotic feelings in their young ones. The youth fraught with patriotism would lead the nation to the front.
Youth is that spark which needs no ignition.Youth is that clay which can be molded in either shape one wants.This is the sole reason for both exploitation and utilization of youth in the destruction and construction of any nation respectively. youth is not given a proper chance to prove their potentials in countries like ours, but, “The young” , according to Pearl S. Buck, (a Nobel Laureate in literature) “do not know enough to be prudent, and therefore they attempt the impossible, and achieve it, generation after generation”.
Isn’t this single quotation of her is sufficient to motivate the whole nation? Or do we still need motivational quotes like the one above to recall our own potentials to attempt the impossible and achieve the success? It seems highly surprising that, we,
