Why Perseverance Is Important
Age of Reason was a time of perseverance and today is a time of courage. Perseverance means never giving up on what you believe or dream no matter how many obstacles you face. Courage means believing in yourself when facing difficulty, having no fears People everyday are overcoming obstacles and fears. You will be discovering all the difficulties america has faced then and now a day. Perseverance was a major part of the Age of Reason is because they never stop fighting to get independence. They were trying to get independence from Britain. It was a long and hard fight but, in the end it payed of because now we have freedom. The reason we have freedom is because of our Declaration of Independence. We never gave up on our independence from Britain. Also we were stronghead and we didn't let anything get in our way that's why we throw tea into the Boston Harbor no taxes. …show more content…
Also soldiers need courage to protect our freedom and keep us safe. We also need courage to get through the bumps in the road. Some people need courage to leave a bad situation. Some just need it to show who they are and to ask someone out. You have to have courage in this world now a days because there are so many ways of bullying. Some of these types of bullying are mental, physical, emotional, cyber (social media). The reason you need courage for this is because if you don't stand up it will never stop.
