Why Is Zeus Important In Greek Mythology
When you think of Greek Mythology, its likely that the God Zeus comes to mind. Zeus is one of the Gods of the Olympians. He was very important to Greek mythology.

Zeus had a father who would eat all of his children when they were born. When Zeus was born his mother hid him from his father in order to save his life. She must have known that Zeus would be powerful and that he would be something special.

Later on in his life Zeus forced his father to burp out his brothers and sisters. Zeus and his brothers and sisters drew lots for a fair way to see who would be the ruler over what. Zeus drew the heavens. He became the supreme leader.

Zeus went on to be a powerful ruler and a very important mythical character. He also had kids
