Why Is Cardiovascular Exercise Important
Why is cardiovascular exercise important? There are many reasons, as for one cardiovascular exercise helps your heart and lungs supply oxygen and blood to working muscles. Cardiovascular exercise helps you lose weight and it gets your heart rate up to prevent heart attacks, strokes, and sickness such as diabetes. In my opinion Cardiovascular exercise is very important and should not be ignored. Also in my opinion a child the age 5-15 should get at least 2-3 hours of exercise a day.
Cardiovascular exercise helps your heart out a lot. It gets blood pumping to help it flow to working muscles. It also helps your lungs to help you breathe and prevent asthma. Many people rely on cardio to push past their asthma because it teaches your lungs to work at a proper pace and not give you breathing problems. Don’t use an inhaler unless you

When you do cardio you may notice you’ve lost a lot of fat but the scale says you gained weight. That is completely fine! When exercising you tend to get muscle and a fun fact is that muscle weighs more than fat. Many exercises help you lose weight such as jogging, bike riding, swimming, snowboarding, roller skating, skateboarding, dancing, etc. Anything other than being plain out lazy will help you lose weight. Eat healthy foods like apples, bananas, carrots, salads, etc. Also keep yourself hydrated with water. Do you not like water? Then try and use the water flavors such as Mio Fit.
Cardiovascular exercise also decreases your chance of sickness. It prevents diabetes, strokes, heart attacks, bone disease, heart disease, also helps your immune system if you are diagnosed with STD or Aids. etc. Some may disagree and say “Diseases may run through family” That is true, diseases may be passed down through the family but if you take good care of your body the disease will just might skip you. If you take very good care of your body and eat a lot of healthy food you may just live till your
