Why Do Athletes Use Steroids In Sports
There should be zero tolerance for the use of PEDs in major sporting leagues. Athletes taking performance enhancing drugs is cheating. Athletes taking PEDs is like using your phone on a test to look up the answers. Sports enhancing drugs not only cause an unbalanced field of play, but also has caused health issues for many athletics in a variety of sports. Just the thought of enhancing drugs helping athletes gain an edge on others sounds like a requirement. Most athletes go to the gym and work hard to improve their game. What people like to say “so called” athletes who cheat and use performance enhancing drugs to improve their game. Athletics take performance enhancing drugs to take a shortcut to gain an advantage. The use of this PEDs is increasing in major sporting leagues instead of decreasing. The use of these PEDs are decreases the number of clean athletics making it to the major sports leagues. There needs to be a large amount of improvements with the testing of athletics with the use of performance enhancing drugs and punishments handed down.
