Why Do Americans Love Super Heroes
Americans love heroes. That’s why comic books and super heroes are so loved in the United States. Americans in this world of pain and gloom want hope and peace. Comic book superheroes give Americans that feeling. But this is the real world. There is not a superman or a batman. There is however heroes. They do not where capes and tights they were normal clothes. They cannot fly but they can inspire. Theses heroes are people like Martin Luther King Jr., Kennedy, Ronald Regan, George Washington and many more. These people didn’t swoosh down and catch a failing lady from a building. They brought hope and were able to affect the course of history. Each election voters go into the voting booths to vote for someone who inspired them and who made that voter believe that they could make the country a better place for their children and grandchildren. Approaching the 2016 election there are currently two people who are running for president who believe that they can inspire and bring hope back to the county.

Foremost the most obvious of these particulars is the colors used and seen on almost every campaign poster red, white, and blue. It is used to symbolize a patriotic feeling and give people a since of pride, self-importance about where they live and who they want representing them. There are also some colors that are not so palpable, such as the yellow tie shown being worn by our presidential Candidate. The yellow tie is used to symbolize an optimistic attitude towards the future. Then you see the word vote and notice the poster is set up like what you would see hanging in a school to show that he is kind of a small local kid that you can trust rather than a big named politician. Lastly the slogan “Fighting for our future.” makes people feel like they can make a change and progress the world for the generation that they are
