Make a decision: Replace the trainer as per learners request and help the trainer to practice to gain experience as allied trainer. Thus, it resolves the learners issue and helps the trainer to handle the classes confidently in the future.
5. Act then Reflect: I felt the situation is handled in an appropriate manner and prepared the trainer to face the challenges with confidence.

Case 3: Honor intellectual property
1. Recognize an ethical issue: Trainer must protect the intellectual property of the organization as well as the learners.
2. Get the facts: Trainer submitted one of the learners innovative work to renowned competition without learner's knowledge. Information about the learners and their profile/work should be shared through professional channels after getting learner's consent and the organization. Since the work was submitted as part of the course assessment. The trainer is very well aware of the organization policy. He violated the policy because of the grand prize.
3. Evaluate alternative perspectives: Trainer should get the consent of organization and the respective learner before submitting for competition. Failing to do so, it considered as a serious offense. Especially when the trainer was working there for longtime and very well aware of organization's policy.

Prior to my interview with Bryce Dreager, I thought that the career in personal training seemed fun and something of my interest. Also, I thought it would be a career where I would at least need my bachelors in science for exercise and wellness. I would really love a job where I could be comfortable and love what I do at the same time and personal training sounded like the perfect fit. Most importantly, I made the assumption that I would have to learn a lot about personal training on my own to be really good at it.…
