What is Nutrisystem? Nutrisystem is a diet plan that helps individuals lose weight and improve their diet. It does this by having the customer choose what foods they want to eat for the day and the company ships the prepackaged food straight to their home. They have to follow a strict diet, which mainly involves sticking with the food from Nutrisystem, if they want to lose weight and a wide selection of food is available for them to choose. They will also have access to health professionals, who will give them advice on how to stay healthy and what to eat.
Is exercise required? No, but at least 30 minutes of exercise per day is recommended to help people lose weight. These 30 minutes of exercise can be broken up throughout the day, so they
