Ways To Take Steps To Get Some Relief
A very good morning to my fellow teachers and beloved students. As the counsellor of the school, I humbly thank you for inviting me to give a speech entitled ‘ways to take steps to get some relief’. As all of you know, without proper stress management techniques, the consequences can be devastating. The consequences of stress can be expressed in 3 ways which are physical symptoms, feelings and behaviours.

Next, having a good night sleep has also been proven medically that our mind would be rejuvenated and an energized physique.
Apart from lifestyle changing, organizing yourself in an orderly manner in all life aspects can help to mitigate stress as well. You can start by clearing the clutters in your bedroom. Shelve essential and frequent used things at reachable spots in the room and keep away non-critical items under the bed or at the top of the wardrobe. Dispose the waste and ensure dust free living space. A clean environment can definitely enhance your concentration, dust free – stress free.

We should analyse our existing ability to determine what others can or cannot do in your presence. We must learn how to ask for assistance when we need so. A helping hand would probably pull us out from desperation and difficulties, thus out from a stressful situation. Also, don’t be overconfident in commitment of performing multitasking. We shall refuse if it is beyond our
