"The manager has his eye on the bottom line; the leader has his eye on the horizon". (The Los Angeles Times, Warren Bennis). As we all know, leadership is a quality hidden in the personality of human being. These personality traits include; skill, responsibility, experience, intelligence, and the most significant thing is the power of organizing as well as leading people. A leader sees the 10,000 foot view in any point of his/her work. A successful leader means having the capacity to be a decent leader in coordinating and directing people. It is the capacity of a leader to actuate subordinates to work with certainty and inspiration. A successful leader can likewise be called as "self-aware" which signifies "The leader never lies to himself, especially about himself, knows his flaws as well as his assets, and deals with them directly" (An Invented Life: Reflections on Leadership and Change, Warren Bennis). It is essential to comprehend what characteristics an effective leader has. There are certain qualities, skills, and personal characteristics that can potentially determine a successful leader, which include; dependability, integrity, and perseverance. Without these characteristics, how can a person lead and direct a group ecstatically.

Having integrity implies that a person is honest, trustworthy, reliable, loyal and honorable.
