In 1955, the most charming place in the world was ‘Disneyland’ was open for the public. The idea was to create a magical place for the whole family. Ever since then, Disneyland theme parks have been growing and today Walt Disney Company owns 14 theme parks in the world.
In Film Industry, Disney mainly focused on children; however the films produced by Disney under touchstone label were focused on adults too. Most of its pictures were animated and cartoon films.
Real state area was managed by its acquisition in 1984, Arvida Corporation that managed Disney’s resorts, shopping centers and offices mainly in Florida.
All of the Disney’s consumer products were licensed under its own name. The examples of Disney’s consumer products are- Toys, games, clothes, decoration articles etc.

Tokyo Disneyland owned and operated by an unrelated Japanese corporation and was opened to the public on April 15, 1983. The Walt Disney Company receives royalties for the use of the Disneyland name from this unrelated Japanese corporation, and these royalties are paid in yen.
