Primary Activities
Inbound Logistics They have Supply and Logistics Division is your main supplier of bakery ingredients, supplies and equipment. They aim to be your one-stop-shop for all your bakeshop needs. They offer quality products at competitive prices.
Operations
Julie's Bakeshop started the concept of allowing the customers to see how the breads were being made by removing the wall that separates the display counter from the baking area. It has a fully operational laboratory, under a research and development department, to continuously improve on over 200 varieties of bread and other bakery products that respond to the need of the market. It is then a must for all Julie’s Bakeshop to work out good manufacturing practices from bakery construction to day-to-day operation to ensure quality fresh products.
Outbound Logistics For their main activities JFC had establishes this Logistics Division which take care of all logistics of all the ingredients, materials and equipment means. In terms of selling their baked products each after baking the items are all place in the display counter of the same branch.
Marketing and Sales Their products are being promoted through mobile van, peddling cart, motorized cart, frying station, system-wide jingle at all Julie’s Bakeshops, radio advertising spots, print advertising, selected billboards, television commercial.
Service
Delighting customers is one of Julie’s Bakeshop’s primary concerns. Through Julie’s Bakeshop’s exemplary service with a smile deeming customers as the core reason of its existence has put Julie’s Bakeshop in a pedestal above its competitors.JFC provides a bakery-opening package consisting of all necessary marketing collaterals needed for a successful opening. A checklist of these items is provided soon after the signing of Franchise Agreement.

    The Kudler Fine Foods Shoppers program will offer 3 different strategic programs to increase loyalty and gain profit from consumers. All three programs will take research and steps that starts off with the inventory manager (Kathy). Kathy along with three department managers make sure that research is done and information about profits, dollars sales and profits will be generated.
