Information Self Discipline means discipline of us. It includes all the discipline. It shows that how we are discipline in all the things. If we are in discipline, then all will love us. In this workshop we all are going practice about self discipline. In this workshop if we learn about self discipline then we will never get any problem in our life. If we learn discipline, then we can make our future brighter and brighter. If we don't have any self discipline then other will not like us, they hesitate to speak with us, and they hate to share something with us. In this workshop we are going to learn about time also. Time is a very important in our life. Time makes us born in this universe and time only makes us die in this universe. Time makes us laugh and time makes us cry also. It plays a vital role in our life. In self discipline also time is very important. Time can never be born nor can be die.

Activity We all the students of Grade 6 & 7 reported school at 6:45am.We did meditation by Swami Shubha Das Acharya at 7:00 am to 8:20 am. Then we had our breakfast. Then we all make line to visit Pashupati Temple & Vriddha Ashram at 9:00 am to 10:15 am. Then we wrote a summary about this programme. After that we took lunch at 10:30 am. After having the lunch went to hall for the speech by Gurudev Gunjan Barmachai. We found many knowledge-able things from there. Then there was the speech given by our Programme Director Sir Mr. Dhurba Pokharel on the topic problem facing the children in rural area, prefect use of facility given by parents. After this we had a tiffin time. Then there was a speech given by our Principal Sir Mr. Dev Raj Paneru on the topic of Value of Life. At last there was a conclusion by our Programme

    This was our second time during our degree tenure that we were going for an Industrial Visit (IV). Everyone in the class was very excited about this trip. On the 13th of December, we left for the journey from CST Station. Everyone were enjoying themselves during the journey. We reached Bangalore Cantonment Station on the next day, on 14th of December, at about 9am from there we took a bus for Mysore taking us all the way to our accommodation at Comfort Inn Vyshak Hotel.
