Overall, I think Dan should try to move Kyle to the Customer Service side of the business, since he is a nice person, or move him to different departments to give him a chance to find his niche in the company. The non-verbal communication that is most obvious to me is Kinesics. Some example of the kinesics non-verbal communication is when Tamika slammed her book down and Kelli throwing her hands in the air, as well as picking up her things to leave. Another non-verbal communication that I discovered was Paralanguage. For example, Kelli in frustration declared, Ryan defended, and Kelli shot back in an angry tone.
c. Would you describe Tyler’s behavior as social loafing? Why or why not?
Yes, I would consider it social loafing. I understand he family is sick and he has other things to do, but life and the world does not stop just be Tyler has an issues. It is good for him to learn this while he is in school, because in the work for if you do not show up and not have the decency to text or call someone on why you are late or not coming in, you will be fired.
