“Time is really the only capital that any human being has and the only he can’t afford to lose” (Thomas Jefferson). You can do anything if you have the time and use it properly. When Jefferson says time is something you can’t afford to lose, he means always live in the moment. Don’t worry about the future or else you will lose time. You can’t change the past, you can change the future, you should live in the moment. Be happy right now instead of worrying about the future. What he’s saying is that if you spend too much time worrying, you will lose the time that you have right now.
