I think the narrator in "the tell take heart" is insane,in the text the narrator states,"the diesae had sharpened my sense not destroyed,nor dulled them". The text also states that "I heard many things in hell". The details prove that the narrator in " the tell tale heart" is off ones rocker. The narrator in the tell tale heart hearkened ever night for eight nights up until the day he killed "the oldman". The text states that " the narrator kills "the oldman" because of his blind eye. The narrator was said to hear heartbeats. "He had the eye of a vulture- a pale blue eye,with a film over it."
