I think that public dog parks should be built in the city. One reason why is that it gives the dog a chance to get exercise. Another reason why is that it will help dogs to not get loose from their owner and get the owner or even him or herself in trouble. It also would benifit the owner by giving them an opportunity to be social and meet new people. Every dog needs some kind of excercise, whether it be going on a run with the owner, playing fetch, or play fighting with another dog. The dog can do any of these activities at a local dog park.
