The people who agree with dog parks beleive that making a dog park will give pets the opportunity to exercise and and be free. They also mention that keeping a dog caged up will cause violent behavior. Another fact they mention is that 65% of the pet owners put they pet into an animal shelter due to the fact of dogs being lonely caged up. They also beleive that a dog park will decrese cruelty of animals because they feel the dog park they pet can be free and out harms way. The people who disagree with dog parks beleive that dogs will be more of a distraction and
