The Likert scale seeks to explain data results, as the range from one extreme (negative) to another extreme (positive). Therefore, for this paper I will be analysing how my personality trait correlates to me becoming a CEO, whether it is negatively or positively.

One participant even took the time to explain an instance where this strength was displayed.
Question three asked about my leadership skills and based on the feedback there were three persons who agreed it was good and the other participant ranked it as very good. This is also a strength of mine according to, the Likert scale.
With question four asking about my communication skills three of the individuals ranked it as 5 with the other rating it at 4. Based on my evaluation I rated myself as being an average communicator as I feel it’s a major weakness. I believe their rankings were solely based on my interactions with them and how I approach situations in their presence. Communication with my peers comes easy especially because most of their situations are relatable. However, communicating with peers is not the same as communicating in a business setting. The results reflect my belief that it is by far one of my greatest weaknesses with two individuals rating it at an average level and the other two rating it as somewhat bad. When I analysed the results for this question I went to my mentor to seek help with ways to improve this skill. Her advice was that I start thinking out the box and approach things with an open mind. She went on to say that when I try these techniques there is more space for new ideas to develop. In addition, she explained that developing rituals and having them as a routine will enable my mind to become more creative.
In the survey, question six asked about my planning skills and according to the results two ranked my ability to plan as very good and the other two as good. Even though I view this as a strength I possess, following my mentor’s advice, there is still some room for improvement. Her suggestion was that I should force myself to plan even if I don’t want to and by doing this it helps reduce stress by planning ahead. With this being done consistently, it will eventually become a part of my ritual and the skill will be extended to other things I choose to do in
