The Level Of Literacy For Biblical Studies
Biblical Studies is the study of Christianity and how Christian faith relates to all aspects of existence. Students are now at the level of literacy that they can begin to read and interpret the Bible for themselves. This program first provides the core Biblical literacy required for Bible Studies. They will develop an understanding of the structure, content and core theological themes of the Bible and develop the interpretive skills needed to access and apply them.
As the students develop their knowledge and understanding of the Bible, they will be able to research and explore significant people and key events in the Bible stories. Then with their growing awareness, they will focus and reflect on their experiences in the world so far and

    Researching the Bible in order to help someone with their problems has been around for centuries. Biblical counseling is a practical and effective way to teach through the understanding of Scripture; that thoughts, attitudes, motives, and words flow from a sinful nature of a selfish heart. In counseling, whether Biblical or secular, the main objective should be to help the counselee with the issues they are dealing with.
