The Best Way To Make A Thanksgiving Meal
The best way to prepare a thanksgiving meal is to have patience, if you rush the food or cook it for too long it will not come out the way it was intended to. For example, if you are making a turkey you first pre heat your oven to 325° F, then you have to season your turkey well, you don’t want it to taste bland, after that you stick a meat thermometer in your turkey to insure that while cooking you’ll know if and when your turkey is cooked all the way through. then spray the turkeys skin lightly with cooking or vegetable oil the best appearance, the cooking time will differ depending on the weight of the turkey and if you have stuffed the turkey or not. The average cooking time for a turkey is about 2-2 ½ hours, and if your turkey is stuffed its bout 2-2 ¼ to 2- ¾ hours. When your turkey reaches temperatures of 180 ° F in the thigh and 165° F in the breast or stuffing your turkey is ready to eat.
