Trends in human resource management
Human resources are very important for the company. Modern managers spend much of their time interacting with the people around them, clients, associates, colleagues in a company. For a company to survive, develop and grow it is necessary to pay attention to the management of human resources. Career development aims to connect the needs, knowledge and skills of the current and future needs of the company (the right people at the right time in the right place). It is a continuous and organized process based on the premise that people are the most important resource in a company. Company affects the economic efficiency of enterprises. They create and produce goods and services, control quality, sell products, manage finances, and set all strategy and goals of the organization.Without effective people, the company could never accomplish its goals. Human resources have 6 keys, recruit, manage, train, evaluate, motivate and reward to accomplishment. Human resource is the most important resource of modern business.
In order to offer high quality products and services, a number of employees that match the scope of work, knowledge, personalities, and requirements arising from the content business and company goals are needed. From employees are expected not only physical strength, working knowledge, obedience, but also technical and professional skills, creativity, innovation, high motivation and appropriate organizational behavior.Employees will express and develop their full potential only in the organizational environment where sufficient situational leadership is provided, motivating of employees with respect to their individual needs, with open channels of communication in both directions, as well as the democratic culture and climate. “Motivation is the psychological characteristic of humans that determines the extent to which a human is committed to activity.
