T. J. Maxx: The United States Shopping Center Pregnancy
As the Web site The United State Shopping Center Occupancy Rate, in 2014, almost 93 percent of shopping center occupancy were in the United States. Obviously, many shopping centers are opening to fulfill a huge demand of the customers. Although T.J.Maxx has confused arrangement, it is my favorite shopping place because it has good customer service, best prices, and it is convenient.
T.J.Maxx has a confused arrangement because the products were arranged by size, not by style. This is difference to Macy's and other stores. In addition, T.J.Maxx collects stuffs from different sources of many countries, and it does not have enough sizes and colors for all styles. I sometimes have to buy the shirt or short that is bigger than my size. Also, I have

This is the principle point that fascinates me to shop in here because I can buy the stuff in a half price. The reason is because T.J.Maxx is a big retailer for many brands such as Polo, Guess..., and it has the contract to distribute the products with the best prices after the fashion trending passed. Therefore, I just wait for one or two months to buy the products in lowest prices.
Finally, the most important thing that makes T.J.Maxx becoming my favorite shopping place is because it has suitable business time, and its location is convenient. While I am working in a nails shop which is closed at 8:00 p.m., but Macy's and other stores close at 9:00 p.m., it is not enough time for shopping in one hour. In contrast, T.J.Maxx opens until 9:30 p.m., so I can spend more time to look for my products. Besides that, it is very convenient to shop in T.J.Maxx since it takes around ten minutes from my house to be there.
Although T.J.Maxx has not well-organized products, but it is my favorite shopping place. This is because it has a good customer service, best prices, and it is also a convenient place. I am going to keep shopping here for long time to buy my favorite stuffs which are lower price than the regular ones. Moreover, shopping is one way to contribute in developing the United State

Supercenter combine a full line of groceries and general merchandise with a wide range of services, including pharmacy, dry cleaning, portrait studios, photo finishing, hair salons, optical shops and restaurants all in one locations. These superstores make it more difficult for the local stores as there are more services under one roof and the products are most likely cheaper at the superstores. Given my answer to question #2, TJ’s business model would be difficult for competitors to imitate given a variety of reasons. First, employee commitment is extremely high due to high wages and increased employee benefits, which generates a very engaging experience for the customers. In addition, the company has thousands of vendor relationships all over the world and this takes time and skills to develop. The company’s model also relies on small stores with an intimate feel, a limited but unique selection of products that are free of preservatives, have no artificial color, and contain no genetically modified content, a highly motivated and well-paid work force, and excellent customer service. The great customer service offered by TJ leads to higher customer retention and loyalty, making it difficult for other firms to steal these customers away.…

Nordstrom is already a top company in regards to exceptional customer service therefore, they need to replicate there past methods. One method in particular that stands out about the success of Nordstrom is their connection of service to their products. Nordstrom is in the business of a luxury or high-end department store. Therefore, they carry the top-of-line products and have fir their customer service to match their products. This is good for a very important reason. A customer looking at high-end products already has a higher set of expectations then those consumers looking for average priced goods. For this reason, Nordstrom needed to match the higher expectations of their consumers with a higher level of customer service.…
