TC: On July 5, 2016, this Agent returned Ms. Fradria Brown (mother) telephone calls. Ms. Brown discussed how the victim, Ms. Tiffanie Timberlake has been manipulating the Court system with saying she’s a victim, agitating her son until he get arrested, and using her baby as a pawn. Ms. Brown displayed to be frustrated, because the Subject continues have legal battles dealing with Ms. Timberlake. Ms. Brown states that the Subject has a hearing on 7/7/16 and inquired what it this Agent’s recommendation. It was explained to Ms. Brown that this information could not be disclosed.
