Facts - A brief summary of the facts
- Robert was a pedophile that did his time and was released into the public. He met a girl names Helen, they started a relationship, which became romantic. He brought his new girl and her 8-year-old son, Eric to his family’s homes to introduce them. As they’re relationship grew Robert started to sexually molested Eric during some of these visits at the family homes. No family member told Helen about Robert’s criminal history of felony child molestation. Robert was convicted of molesting Eric and sent back to prison. Helen filed suit against Robert’s family claiming they had a duty to warn her about Robert’s criminal past and the potential danger to her child, and failing that

Service providers see the opportunities and try to take advantage of the technology by charging an exchange fee for every transaction made. Barry Winston tells the readers a story "Stranger Than True," I a young college kid he defends who had been charged with DUI, manslaughter and a felony. This becomes a complicated situation for Winston because all evidence points to one main direction, guilty. This young kid tells Winston his story up to where he remembers was having 3 beers at a cookout up unit his sister decided it was time to leave. This kid didnt remember anything after they left, next thing he remembers is waking up in the hospital with casts and in pain. Winston notices some things that the kid hadn't mention before, which was that he never said who was driving the vehicle this kid and his sister had crashed in.     Caylee Marie Anthony was a two year old girl who was reported missing in Orlando, Florida on July, 2008. On December 2008 her body was found in a wooded area near her home. Caylee Anthony was missing for over 31 days, and was reported missing to the cops by her grandmother Cindy Anthony, Caylee’s mother Casey Anthony was arrested under first degree murder for the murder of her daughter. Cindy Anthony said that Casey’s car smelled like a dead body had been inside. Cindy also said that Casey had given her all different types of explanations as to where her granddaughter was, one day Casey could not keep her secret from her mother as to the whereabouts of her daughter Caylee, and told her mother that she had not seen her daughter for week. Casey lied to her mother and to the police about Caylee’s whereabouts by giving various types of stories. She told the detectives that Caylee was kidnapped by her babysitter, Zenaida Gonzalez, and that the reason that Casey had not reported to the cops was because she wanted to scare Zenaida. The police later on find out that Casey made everything up that the so called babysitter Zenaida Gonzalez didn’t exist. This lady lived in another state and had never met anyone with the name of Casey Anthony. Police also found out that Casey lied about her employment at Universal Studios in Orlando Florida. On October 2011, Casey Anthony was charge with first degree murder and pled not guilty. In December 2011, Caylee’s body was found inside of a trash bag with duct tape near the front of her skill and mouth. Because of the evidence the duct tape on Caylee’s mouth, examiners determined that Caylee was murdered. Casey Anthony’s trial lasted about a month and a half.
