Executive summery

Quality Management system (QMS) is one of the important systems that each organization should develop to ensure organizational performance and also to position itself among similar organisations in the same region or market.

In this assignment we look at operational management, strategic change management and quality management systems and why organisations such as ARASA should implement integrated quality management systems that can increase organizational stability and performance. We also look into the actual plan of quality management system as an example how ARASA could be a key player in human rights field or a leader in providing quality services. We also look at the importance of monitoring and evaluation as well as Kotters eight steps in change management
