STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I have selected to study MA International Human Resource Management at your esteemed institution on account of following reason:

➢ The course focuses on the challenges in the field of International human resource management. ➢ HRM (International) involves recruiting personnel, their training, salary administration and handling management relations. Every industry, business and trade needs Human Resources professional for maintaining their workforce. ➢ Having a Human Resources qualification is the ideal way to show a potential employer that I have these qualities, and HRM matter qualification is an excellent way to break into HR management and administration. ➢ Working in HR is very interesting and rewarding. Also, it is very challenging and fast paced. In order to perform the job with competence and confidence, I need to first acquire the necessary skills and knowledge required in this type of job and environment. ➢ My earlier qualification and employment experienced has given me strong foundation to qualify this course of study. ➢ This course will enable me to step confidentially into a management or administration role within an HR environment and to aid the smooth running of the business. So job prospects for HR specialists are bright. ➢ Accordingly, I will be getting high remuneration and monetary benefits, as being competitive HR professional. In short, this course will lead me to royal road of my professional success. ➢ On completion of my course from UK, I will start my career as Manager HR or Manager Personnel at any of the leading organisation of my motherland.
