b. Spanking has been a major factor in our society over the years. Spanking has been known to be the most effective way to managing behavior. Some people think that if you don’t spank your children, they will grow up being disrespectful and disobedient. However, some parents believe that spanking their children is the wrong form of discipline. Also some people think that if you don’t spank your children they are at a higher risk of going to jail.
c. I believe that spanking your child is a good form of discipline. When a child is growing up, he or she doesn’t really know right from wrong. A child can try to get away with almost anything. When some kids get away with things when they are younger, they think that they can do the same thing when they get older. But, when u get older you have more consequences. Even if your parents decided not to spank you or punish you, one way or another you will be punished if you break the law. Many people believe that the way you raise your child has a lot to do with the way they turn out and if your child turns out to always be in trouble with the law, they begin to question the parents.
g. There is a big difference between spanking a child and beating a child. I believe that spanking should consist of tapping on the hand, spanking the buttocks, pinching, and small punishments of that nature. I am against parents using other objects to beat that child or physically punching or beating that child. When it comes to beating a child, that would be considered child abuse and parents can go to jail. Also abusing a child can cause them to be aggressive when they get older and abuse their spouse or children in the
