SMS BASED COLLEGE APPLICATION

Abstract:
Our application put you in complete control over your College. The centralized database integrates all the workflow into a single pipeline which improves the control over the activities and reduces redundant data.
The software can be hosted on internet or in your local server.
SMS messaging and emailing facility connects students, parents and staff in a coordinated pipeline which helps to increases the efficiency of the College.
In Academic point of view side process of staff Attendance, Leave apply and details, Salary Details, Student mark Details, Student Attendance, Student Leave Management, Examinations, Assignments and Tutorials, Student Progress reports, Uploading bookss, SMS sending options.
Existing System:

The existing system has the limitation that the absences of their wards are send to the parent’s side only during the end of the examination.
Due to this drawback of the absence, the students have the lack attendance.
There is the more paper work and the waste of time and money.

Proposed System:

Our application put you in complete control over your College.
The centralized database integrates all the workflow into a single pipeline which improves the control over the activities and reduces redundant data.
This allows you to store modify and retrieve information using the pull down menus for all the modules.
SMS messaging and emailing facility connects students, parents and staff in a coordinated pipeline which helps to increases the efficiency of the College.
