INTRODUCTION
In this group project, which consists twenty marks. This project is required from a group which 4 to 6 students. The objective of this assignment is for the group members understand the overall operation of the company.
In this assignment, our group’s choice is Mr. Mohammad Nasser Bin Mohammad Yusof as the founder of Purnama D Craft. His business totally 24 years running until today, now in the year 2014. Many types of item based on batik and songket are sold in his store.
When he was 13 years old, he starts to work to overcome the family trouble which the cost of his family life. He more want and desire to be successful. So he stopping his work when young and he feels aggressive to trade.
Failure which he faced and the problem from his healthy that is stroked which make him difficult to walk, but he still continues to run his business until today. This is spirit which keeps our heart being touch as an entrepreneur still want to do his business even he meet so many obstacles.
Therefore, we hope this report can be used as reference reading material which can give benefits to readers.
RESEARCH OF THE COMPANY This company named Purnama D Craft owned by En. Mohd. Nasser bin Mohd. Yusof, a man from the soil of Kelantan state. The owner is a Malay man with many experience in doing craft with international companies. The interest of doing craft has been inside him since he was a teenager and this fact become a benefit for him to start up a business entity related to craft. En. Mohd. Nasser has started this business for 23 years since 21 February 1990. At the beginning, he worked at his home with his sewing machine. In 1992, he rented a shop lot in Complex Besar Beluku without a single workers for a long period of time. Before he moved to Taman Bendahara on 21 February 2012, he already had 5 shop lot in the Complex Besar Beluku. All of his products are made from batik and songket. Now, his portfolio already reached 200
