Should Students Play After School Active
I think students should play after school actives because they can spend more time with their friends and family and make your mom and dad proud of you.

One reason I think that is because students should get to play think softball because it is the only time they can play and the students that play can meet new friends.

Another reason because it can make them get used to the outdoors and get them plating outside more than laying in your bed all day and watching TV and not learn stuff.

My last reason is because it can make you lose weight and make you in shape to play and it helps you learn more stuff about that sport like baseball or football or even kickball like all that stuff and you can make your mom and dad

Biologically children have always needed to play, it is essential for brain development and to learn personal, social, emotional and survival skills. This is evident in the animal kingdom; lion cubs play fight to test their strength, baby monkeys are extremely inquisitive, enjoy exploring their surroundings and are very playful. Without these traits they would not learn the skills they need to survive. It is the same with children, the more experiences they gain through plan, the more life skills they will acquire.…

or many years, athletics have improved junior’s well-beings and their schooling, but some academies have been thinking of getting rid of these programs all together. The two articles mentioned that school should keep or get rid of sports. One is written by Amanda Ripley while the other Tim O’Shei. Both have good arguments yet Tim’s article provides more positive undertones and uses of sports. Therefore physical education should stay in schools because It helps improve children’s grades and health, equal opportunities are given to students that didn’t exercise before, AND athletic careers can open for people who play competitive games early in their lives.…

I choose to play softball because i want to be athletic and i enjoy playing softball because it is fun and i can see most of my friends that i don't go to school with. I choose to play to represent my team and my family. “Softball is my sport and i love to play softball with my friends and family. The negative effects of playing softball are that people can cheat and the Boys that walk around can tell you “let’s go smoke” and encourage to do drugs and miss practice. They might say, let go walking or go cruising. Then you can't go to allstars if you miss practice or games.…

Good thing. That’s because it pushes kids in school to have good grades. Especially, the only way to play in sports, is to have good grades. If you don’t have passing grades, you can’t be involved in any sports. So, coaches tell their athletes to be a student athlete.…

“About 40% of public schools have already cut, or plan on cutting recess from their school day” (Education Reporter, 1). Along with that more and more schools are now taking away physical education classes to make more time for math, reading, and writing. The main concern with taking these out of schools is that it will contribute to the rising issue of childhood obesity. Also, children benefit from short recess breaks throughout the day in many different ways. The last reason recess and P.E. should be required is that physical activity is a very important part of the development of a young child. Academics and test scores are important; however educators must look out for the health and well-being of every child. I believe that recess and physical education class should not be taken out of schools; they should be required as part of every day curriculum.…

Either way it is way more fun to practice after school with your friends. So baseball should be a middle school sport. Think of it as if you were a kid and you played baseball I think that you would want someone to care about your thoughts. least only think that someone cares I'm only 12 ok I would like someone to at least try to make this happen. I mean we have a football team football can hurt people maybe even kill someone umm hello there's a sport that’s called baseball. So I want to know what’s wrong with the sport. I know it could cost a lot but we have football that costs because you have to pay the refs. So I can’t think of anything that’s wrong with getting baseball back to middle school baseball I want to play baseball in high school and I would want to start in middle school so I can see what it’s like before I get to high school. Sports increase the self- confidence and leadership skills. Also hiring managers look for leadership skills in people, which is why people that played in sports get further, faster, than the people that didn’t play sports, in the “long run”. Scientists also found that people that played sports donate more than those who didn’t. Don’t forget about the families that wouldn’t be able to pay for the sports outside of school. If schools ban sports, then some kids would not be able to experience the fun of playing sports. Sports are also good for exercise and good for staying…

Activities and sports in schools is a great way for students to be involved, and to be active. I have done research and there hasn’t been one article I found on why sports shouldn’t be in schools. Having athletic programs and activities in schools are very helpful for students health, it develops team work, helps develop discipline and also perfection. School administrators, and parents, generally support high school activity programs because of the positive effect these activities appear to have on students of both genders. (Braddock P.1)…

Firstly, kids should play competitive sports because they learn essential life lessons. For example, autor Kristin Chessman quotes Jim Taylor, Ph.D and sports psychology author. "Kids learn essential life skills, such as hard work, patience, persistence, and how to respond positively to setbacks and failure," (Chessman). This way, kids who never give up on their dream will try harder to become successful. In addition, children learn how to work with different people with different personalities and strengths (Chessman). This is important because…
