Should Children Be Allowed To Play
As Lahey explained, giving a chance to children to play freely without being guarded and told what to do is really good. When its planned when ,how, where and with whom they should be playing, children will be limited to learn life skills. When children play freely ,they learn to choose their space, their ability or power, friends, and time management. However, when children are all told what to do and someone is behind their shoulders, it’s difficult to build confidence and stability to make any judgements. The author said, “ Unscheduled, supervised,playing is one of the most valuable educational opportunities we give our children.” This mean, when children are out of school for summer or any other breaks, family should encourage them to play
