Since backpacks have been banned throughout the school day of South Western High School (since the teachers and council thought they could be used to bring in stuff the students shouldn’t have). Backpacks do not oppose a danger, but are an essential learning tool. They can save everyone time, promote student health and pose little (if any) safety
