1. What is your evaluation of Scott Fischer and Rob Hall as leaders? Did they make some poor decisions? If so, why?(Required) I believe that due to their experience with climbing Mount Everest, Hall and Fischer might have lead the people better than other guides but made some critical mistakes. Although they gave the opportunity for people to climb the highest mountain in the world and helped them achieve that goal, they made some poor decisions that eventually lead to death of their clients and themselves. One big mistake I believe they made was allowing people to climb to the submit after the deadline that they set. They know the importance of being strict with this rule and that most people do not have the self discipline to do so. Therefore,
