Crispy Cheddar Chicken

2 lbs chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
... 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup whole milk
3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dried parsley

Sauce:
1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoon sour cream
2 tablespoon butter

Crush crackers. If using chicken breasts and not tenders, cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces. Pour the milk, cheese and cracker crumbs into 3 separate small pans. Toss the salt and pepper into the cracker crumbs and stir the mixture around to combine. Dip each piece of chicken into the milk and then the cheese. Press the cheese into the chicken with your fingers. Then press the cheesy coated chicken into the cracker crumbs and press it in.

Spray a 9×13 pan with cooking spray and lay the chicken inside the pan. Sprinkle the dried parsley over the chicken. Cover the pan with tin foil and bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove the tin foil, bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the edges of the chicken are golden brown and crispy.

In a medium sized sauce pan combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream and butter with a whisk. Stir it over medium high heat until the sauce is nice and hot. Serve over the chicken.

Chicken Bombs

Ingredients:
5 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts
5 jalapeño peppers
20 strips of bacon
... 4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup grated colby jack or cheddar cheese salt and pepper to taste
1 cup BBQ sauce (I like Sweet Baby Ray's)

Directions:
1.) Slice chicken breasts in half WIDTH wise (Each half will make 1 Chicken Bomb). Place between two pieces of wax paper and pound to 1/4 inch thickness. *A rolling pin also does the trick. Season each with salt a pepper.
2.) Slice jalapeños in half LENGTH wise and remove seeds, ribs, and the end with the stem.
3.) In a small bowl, mix your softened cream cheese with your grated colby jack.
4.) Fill each jalapeño half with about 1 Tbs cheese

You know what is a great condiment for chicken other than salsa? Chutney! It can go great with crackers and cream cheese, with roast pork instead of apple sauce, lamb instead of mint jelly, turkey instead of cranberry sauce, chicken nuggets instead of ketchup or sweet and sour sauce, and with ham instead of mustard. My personal favorite is the yogurt mint chutney. It consists of cilantro, mint, green chilli peppers, lemon juice, salt, and yogurt. Kebabs just don't taste right unless they're drowned in the chutney, or so i think.…

In 1993, Will Rogers Middle School in California’s Long Beach County School District began discussing the idea of a school-wide uniform policy. That fall, Will Rogers became the first school in Long Beach County to have a mandatory uniform policy. Other schools in the district soon followed drawing national attention, including a personal visit from then President Clinton. Recent memories of school shootings around the nation caused President Clinton to urge other school districts to move to uniforms in his 1996 State of the Union Address. This started a seemingly endless debate over school uniforms in public schools. In order to be legal, every uniform policy has to have an option to not participate. Students that “opt-out” attend other schools that do not have uniform policies.…
