SWOT Analysis: The Swot Analysis Of The Spacer Company
In this report there are some of the important aspects that are needed to be discussed regarding the Spacer Company. It could be noticed that main two objectives of the company will be shown up in the report and then the SWOT analysis will be shown for both of the objectives. On the other hand the Min Map will be created for both of the objectives of the Spacer as well. Further stakeholders identification will be done in a clear manner and the mind map will be again created so that the influence could be seen in the graphical representation as well. These are the two people who found the gap in between the community and they founded the online platform where people (buyers and sellers) could come across and they could give their free space to others on rent. Space will be for the stuff like cars, ships, households or anything extra which could not be adjusted in their own house. This is the main theme of the online business Spacer and this allows the person to rent the additional space in their house and it is seen that they have almost same features like Airbnb and others in the market (Spacer.com, 2018).

Here the first thing is that the two main objectives of the Spacer have been noticed that they are renting the space at the discounted price over the internet. This is the main point of differentiation in between then and the others in the country. On the other hand the mind map has been created for both of the objectives which create the graphical representation of the data as well. SWOT analysis has been done for both of the objectives that were being discussed. On the other hand the stakeholder's identification has been noticed in detail and the main point for the consideration is that the negative and the positive ones are being seen in the different corners and the mind map is being created as well for them so that the overall clear picture be determined. At the end the finances have been discussed that how much money will be needed as to start the business and the risks are identified as well for the tangible and intangible as well.
