SNA Reflection Essay
I am writing this letter with a heavy heart, there have been a few incidents recently that have caused me to really reflect on the goals of SNA, and the legacy that I as President of the SNA would like to leave behind when we graduate. What I would like to see as our legacy is a group of nurses graduating with self-assurance, and a sense of teamwork. I would hope that each successive class would improve on the teamwork, and to model that into the workforce as we move on to our professional careers. I would like to leave a legacy of service, and mutual respect between the Foundation of CCC, the Staff at CCC and the nursing students passing through this process. Nursing is a noble profession, it is a profession that takes a lot of sacrifice

There is not anything about excluding the President, or anyone from the Pinning planning, nor any conflict of interest. At this point I would really like to move forward as a club, and as Future Nurses, and chalk these incidents up to an unfortunate misunderstanding of information. I am addressing the entire SNA, and the pinning committee, to prevent this misunderstanding in our future. Since I have been approached by similar information by at least two different sources it is clear that the misunderstanding is not isolated to one single person, or else I would have addressed this privately. If anyone would like further clarification, both Faith and Olivia have indicated that they are more than willing to help, and would welcome any questions that might arise, especially having to do with information that they passed on.
I really hope that this clears up any misunderstandings, and that our class of 2016 brings together a collaborative leadership effort, and an amazing group of nurses who will represent teamwork in our future. Thank you for allowing me to take this moment of your time, I really appreciate each and every person who are continually contributing their time to the benefit of this class, and
