Ron Gutman : The Hidden Power of Smiling
Ron Gutman : The Hidden Power of Smiling I have watched this video and can say that I've heard a lot about the benefits of a smile. For example: if you smile you look lovelier, a smile can light up someone's day, or pick someone mood, but I never thought that the benefits of a smile so much, it is not only external but also internal use! Smiling meditation will be a very interesting experience for me, not only interesting and also useful for my inner peace and well-being! In my opinion, if something in our lives (like our smile or smiling meditation) can change us for the better side, or we can change someone for the better, we should certainly try it. Well, now I transgress the first in my life inner smiling meditation ... Let see what happens... Smiling Meditation for Vibrant Health, Pure Joy and Inner Peace Osho said, "Once you have known what inner smile is, you can remain happy for twenty-four hours a day." I always liked yoga, meditation, and various methods of Eastern healing, but unfortunately I have never tried to do it. But I was looking for many ways to soothe my mind, inner anxiety and feelings, headache or any other pain. All my search came to an end on the fact that I just took another pill for pain or anxiety, until I tried smiling meditation. There are of course too early to talk about something specific, so how do I meditate only a week, but I want to write about my observations. I want to begin to tell about myself, I'm very energetic, impulsive and emotional person, always, and for all of the worry about. Joy, pain, anxiety, spend through myself, so that I can’t sleep till late, I have a very light sleep, and I can few times during the night to wake up,

The CD comes off weak compared to the album Smile, which was a much more well-constructed LP that was never released by the Beach Boys. Smiley Smile took a lot of its inspiration from Smile, the most notable change being that four pre-existing songs from smile were taken to Smiley smile with significantly scaled down arrangements. This however does not make Smiley Smile a bad CD. There are many elements to Smiley Smile that made it an album that stood out for its time such as its Lo-fi…

When he first begins his book Thich Nhat Hanh talks about how it is important to not let suffering take control of us as people. That we should focus other important things in life which are the good things like beauty and pleasant moments. He explains how a smile has the power to impact people. He states: If in our daily life we can smile, if we can be peaceful and happy, not only we, but everyone will profit from it. This is the most basic kind of peace work (5).
