Wilfried Prewo in his article with the title “The Sorcery of Apprenticeship” claims the Germany economy is productive to conduct the nation’s youth training system. The advantages of this training are it is based in the workplace, offer a transition from school to traning to work, and it also strengthen the tradition of internal advancement. I agree with his opinion which he said this apprenticeship is not wasting the money for the unnecessary training and it offer a smooth transition from school to training to work.
We know that there are many ways for goverments to send their children and manage their education. There are countries which want their children to work or go directly to college first. Every countries has the desire to bring their children to the direction that they think fit. The country also help them to decide the fate of youth in their country in a way which helps the education of students. Many ways countries do to help the youth, like for the cost of college, fees and other apprenticeship. Countries also do this to get a better country, because the country is well demonstrated by the active and enthusiastic youth about their own country.
Here the spotlight is on German apprenticeship who has a lot of benefits for the youth. I think everyone school to get a decent job. In the Wilfried Prewo article says that German apprenticeship has a lot of advantages to be gained by youth in transition from school to work. I totally agree with the suggestions and opinions of Wilfried Prewo because if we enter an apprenticeship after school, it will train us to face of the world of work because the world of work is hard. I believe that it's not as easy as a teenager can survive quickly in the world of work, while necessary in today is teenagers and dynamic workers who can keep up to date. We know that at this moment the world has been growing

Losing someone close to you can feel like losing a part of yourself. A piece of you goes missing. Imagine living your life with them there and then having them ripped away from you. It really is as horrible as it sounds. In “The Unmothered” Ruth Margalit explains her experience of losing her mother to cancer. She tells about what it’s like on certain days of the year such as, her mother’s birthday, the day her mother was diagnosed with cancer, and her parent’s anniversary. She also gives some memories she has of her mother and what her mother taught her. I, like Ruth, also lost my mom to cancer so I was really able to connect with this article. I also dread certain days of the year but unlike the author I see my mother’s death in a very different way.…

There have ,however been several criticisms of the New Vocationalism. It has been claimed that a significant divide has been created between academic and vocational courses and that schools in any case are not suited or resourced for the teaching of business- related courses. It is also claimed in relation to training schemes that they aimed to shift the blame for youth unemployment from government policy onto the education system; that training schemes were a means of reducing the official unemployment figures; that little real training was given; that the schemes reinforced traditional gender roles; that the training was at the expense of a more valuable general education and that the purpose of the schemes was often to encourage passivity and acceptance of low wages among young people.…

This video is rather plot like, very excited, very inspiring, with the setting of citizen, kings and queens and gladiator under the Coliseum of Rome. The three female gladiators were put up to fight each other (Beyoncé, P!nk and Brittney Spear) for the entertainment of the King (Enrique) while he was drinking Pepsi. The crowd-citizen doesn’t seem to like him, as if he is a tyrant, and therefore there were judgment for him everywhere. This advertisement company did made a nice comparison, comparing the possession of the King's Pepsi is like a possession of gold that causes the angry mob, especially it was a hot sunny day for all of them. Eventually, the lyrics was indeed powerful, " blood on your face, you're big disgrace, somebody got to take your hand and out it into place", all very fit the context of wanting to defeat the King. And when they did, the Pepsi just became a prize and everybody cheered, making Pepsi even more special. The idea that vocational education allows workers to be exploited is a view held by Marxism. Vocational education is that which gets an individual ready for the workplace, either through a course directly complimenting a skill, like hairdressing, or that which has a broader area of learning. Whilst functionalism sees a great system underlying vocational education, Marxists have a more cynical view of the idea. Vocational education will inevitably have an effect on the economy- hopefully for the better, but Marxists would deny the benefits as overall wealthy, insisting education is a tool in capitalist societies, which control and pacify the working classes.…

In “The Ordinary Devoted Mother” Bechdel’s creation process in writing is very much unique. The reason being is because in the story, the order she goes about gathering information and creating imagery is detailed in a way that grabs the reader’s attention. Bechdel sees this process as being informal and somewhat therapeutic. Her form of writing comes from the experiences she’s encountered and with every experience it’s being incorporated in her style of writing. The train of thought that Bechdel goes through is very sporadic, but organized. In this story Bechdel has a way of putting the little pieces together in order to create the bigger picture. For instance, Bechdel analyzes the pictures of her when she was an infant, trying to understand the logic from then to now and how her mother became less affectionate. She even goes in to detail when explaining why she wanted to find out and also what she wanted the outcome to be.…

In reading the three articles, “From Degrading to De-Grading” by Alfie Kohn, “And Now He is Nothing” by Michael Specter and “Dilma Rousseff” by Simon Romero my impressions of each article varies from one of unbelief to affirmation. As compelling as the ideology of not grading is, the practicality of implementation would be enormous. The assumption that Lance Armstrong is now nothing can it really be so easily dismissed? Finally, Dilma Rousseff rise to power as a right of previous wrongs remains to be seen; each writer conveying a very persuasive argument.…

An improvement to the education system will happen through freedom of choice for students in the tenth grade of high school. Students will be able to choose to continue schooling or directly enter the workforce/technical school. This reduces strain on the education system by not having to educate a large portion of children for the extra two years that is commonplace in our current system. A similar education system has been implemented in some European countries to great success (5). To prevent abuse of the system, in order to avoid working for the betterment of society, there will be a four year time period in order to obtain the necessary schooling to succeed. However, people can still attempt to continue their education after the four year time limit, but these people must work a full time job along with schoolwork to continue claiming societal benefits. These measures ensure people can have the career they want to have, and this is one of the primary aspects that keeps the system running and…

One day when I was in the fourth grade, we had just finished a free response test on a story we were supposed to read last night. The next day, my teacher had completed grading all the test and he had noticed that two of the papers had were the exact same, their names were Danny and Ishmael. But Danny was absent today so the teacher called Ishmael to the front of the classroom and asked him if he and Danny cheated off of each other's test. Ishmael first lied and said, “I don’t know how we have the same answer it had to by coincidence.” The entire class knew they cheated off of each other but no one uttered a word, we all just watched like we were frozen in time. The teacher just raised his eyebrow and folded his arms, and asked the question…
