Research Paper On Water Dragons
Water dragons live in creeks, rivers, and lakes. They are omnivores so they eat both plants and meat. Their favorite prey are fish. Although various rodents and insects are eaten also. Their distinctive features of these little animals are their long tails and their unique flattened shaped feet. Physignathus are covered in scales that help them camouflage so they can catch their varied prey. They also have a conservation status of threatened.
Average water dragon clutches have about 12 eggs. Water dragons live about 10 to 20 years. Water dragons weigh about 2 pounds. That small weight can let them scurry at about 30 miles per hour. They can be from 24 to 40 inches in size. Although water dragons are pretty fast and camouflaged they
