Flaws. The word flaw is defined as mark, fault, or other imperfection that mars a substance or object. An imperfection. A fault. The word flaw has such a negative connotation to it for no good reason. “Flaws” are treated as though they are worst possible things that can ever occur but this just isn’t true. Flaws should be seen more as a first step. The first of many that could potentially lead to improving oneself as a person.
